Hi, I'm Chelsey, your movement instructor!

I know firsthand how tiring our work can be. I've experienced just about every issue a bodyworker can face, from achy lower back to stiff joints, tired hands, and burnout. 

Like you, I LOVE my work. Getting bodywork and stretching helped for a minute, but the symptoms kept coming back. I had to find a different way.

I discovered a movement program called Physiyoga and signed up for their advanced teacher training.

One by one, I watched my painful areas disappear. My clients even commented that my hands felt stronger, but I wasn't straining the way I used to. 

I knew I needed to find a way to share what I learned with my fellow bodyworkers.
