Claiming Your No – Embodied Boundaries and Personal Power

Many of us desire to feel more agency and autonomy in our lives, and yet continue to spiral in patterns of shrinking ourselves, people-pleasing, and self-sacrifice. It isn’t your fault if you find yourself here – our nervous system is always trying to protect us from what hasn’t felt safe to express or embody in our past.

Imagine feeling fully empowered, self-expressed, and able to stand strongly rooted in all of your relationships...

Heidi Schaul-Yoder

Heidi Schaul-Yoder is a holistic psychotherapist with a firm belief in each of our innate wiring for healing and growth. She is no stranger to struggle, uncertainty and loss, and it was her own quest for healing that led her to her passion and life’s work. Her primary intention is to create a space to gently release restrictions and traumas, and to access inspiration, imagination, and insight in their many forms.

In her work, Heidi draws inspiration from mindfulness and Eastern philosophy, Gestalt psychology, attachment theory, somatic practices, the natural world, and art of all kinds. She is constantly learning, and continues to pursue advanced training in the nervous system, trauma, and the mind-body connection. Heidi sees therapy as a creative, collaborative process and a sacred space - she holds great compassion for this human experience, and a deep reverence for the mysterious blossoming of the human spirit.
