We’re taking the guesswork out of self-care by offering a curated selection of on-demand classes led by experienced holistic practitioners. Whether you want to explore somatic healing, therapeutic movement and self-massage, or breathwork, our thoughtfully designed courses and workshops support you in cultivating vibrant health of mind, body, and spirit — fostering personal growth and a more fulfilling life.

Since launching in October 2021 as a collective of healthcare providers in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, we’ve seen a rising waitlist for our 1:1 services. To reach more people, we created this online space — bringing our life-changing work directly to you, wherever you are.

In a world of nonstop demands and information overload, taking even a few moments to reconnect with self— through breath, movement, or guided somatic exploration — can restore balance and sanity. We believe this healing goes beyond you, creating positive ripples throughout your family, workplace, and community.
